The Aisle Collectives is a digital service platform. We do not ship physical goods. This Delivery Policy explains how the services purchased through the Service are delivered to you.
1. Couple Premium Upgrade (LKR 2,999 One-Time)
Creating a Couple account is free and takes effect immediately on signup with full access to the core planner. The section below describes delivery of the paid Premium upgrade.
- Delivery method: digital. Premium features are unlocked on your account immediately on successful payment.
- Delivery time: instant (typically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation from PayPal).
- How you receive it: log in at theaislecollective.lk — the Premium-only tools (seating planner, advanced budget, PDF exports, unlimited saved vendors, unlimited vendor messaging, full guest list) will be available without limits or upgrade prompts. A confirmation email is also sent.
- If Premium does not activate: if payment was taken but Premium features are not active on your account within 30 minutes, email support@theaislecollective.lk with your order reference. We will either activate Premium manually or refund the charge in full.
2. Vendor Subscription (LKR 5,000 per month)
- 30-day free trial: new Vendors receive a 30-day free trial from the date the account is activated. During the trial the listing is live and the Vendor can receive enquiries. The first monthly charge is only taken after the trial ends.
- Delivery method: digital. Your vendor listing goes live immediately on account activation and remains visible for the duration of your active trial or paid subscription.
- Delivery time: instant on account activation for the trial, and instant on payment confirmation for each monthly renewal.
- How you receive it: log in to your vendor dashboard — listing status, enquiry inbox, calendar, and bundle tools are immediately accessible. A confirmation email is also sent.
3. Vendor Services (Booked Through the Platform)
When a Couple books a Vendor for their wedding (e.g. a photographer, a venue, a cake) through the Service, the Vendor delivers their service on the date, time, and location agreed in the booking. Payments for these services are made directly between the Couple and the Vendor (via bank transfer, PayPal, or other method set by the Vendor) — the platform tracks payments but does not process them. Delivery is therefore:
- In person, on the event date: at the venue and time agreed between the Couple and the Vendor.
- Digital deliverables (where applicable): for photographers and videographers, final photos or edited videos are delivered by the Vendor according to the timeline stated on their listing — commonly 4–8 weeks after the event, unless otherwise agreed.
- Physical items (where applicable): a small number of Vendors (e.g. stationery, cake, florists) may deliver physical items to a venue or address agreed with the Couple. Delivery logistics are arranged directly between the Couple and the Vendor.
4. Failure to Deliver
If a Vendor fails to deliver the agreed service on the event day, or fails to deliver post-event digital items within the stated timeline, the Couple should first contact the Vendor directly. If unresolved, a dispute may be opened with us under section 3.3 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Proof of Delivery
For platform services (Couple Premium upgrade, Vendor subscription), the payment confirmation email and your ability to use the unlocked features (Premium tools for Couples, the live listing and dashboard for Vendors) constitute proof of delivery. For booked services, a booking confirmation, messages in the platform chat, and the event itself serve as evidence of performance.
6. Service Areas
Our platform is available nationwide in Sri Lanka. Vendor service areas are listed on each Vendor's profile — most operate in and around Colombo and the Western Province, with many covering resort destinations in the south and hill country.
