Every vendor must pass all of these checks before earning the Verified badge.
Vendors must provide valid business registration documents proving they are a legally registered entity in Sri Lanka.
Our team reviews at least 3 real wedding portfolios or events the vendor has completed. Stock photos are not accepted.
We conduct a video call or in-person meeting with the business owner to verify their identity and confirm the business address.
Vendors provide contact details for at least 2 past clients. Our team reaches out to confirm the quality of service delivered.
Where applicable (venues, transport, catering), vendors must show proof of liability insurance and use written contracts with clients.
Verified status is reviewed annually. Vendors with unresolved disputes, cancellations, or review patterns below 3.5 stars may lose their badge.
If a verified vendor fails to deliver on their contracted services, our support team will mediate the dispute and work to find a resolution. Your wedding day is too important to leave to chance — that's why we verify.
